OCP Future Technologies Symposium - Call for Papers Deadline is tomorrow!

The Call for Papers for the fourth OCP Future Technologies Symposium is open and the deadline is this Friday, July 30 at 5 PM PST! The 2021 OCP Global Summit will take place in person on November 8 - 10, 2021 in San Jose, CA, and virtually! The Symposium will be held on Monday November 8, 2021 as a full-day track on day 0. The Symposium will continue as poster displays throughout the Global Summit event and there will be a $10,000 award paid to the winning submission.

Submission Requirements 
All papers must be received before the deadline (July 30, 2021) via the online submission form in FNVirtual. Incomplete or late submissions will not be accepted for review. All submissions must include:

  • Two-page paper with the IEEE two-column conference proceeding format

  • List of authors, including one member (at a minimum) available to travel to the event

  • Original work done by the author(s)

  • Clearly articulate the problem statement

  • Clearly identify the methodology proposed to address the problem

  • Provide a section on the results or findings

The authors of the accepted papers will have the opportunity to submit a poster and present their work at the OCP Future Technologies Symposium. Posters will be showcased and available to all attendees during the OCP Global Summit in San Jose, CA.

The submission period ends Friday, July 30 at 5pm PST.

Please do not submit an abstract unless you can meet the following deadlines and guidelines:

 May 3 Call for Papers Open
 July 30 Call for Papers Closes
 August 20 Authors Notified if Accepted or Rejected
 August 20 Poster & Presentation Submission Period   Opens
 September 10 Poster & Presentation Submission Period   Closes
 September 10 -   October 1 Review Period & Final Feedback to Authors
 October 8 Final Posters & Presentations Due
